Venom Power's Terra Hunter X/T is marketed as an on- and off-road tire for daily commuting and trail use. The brand is owned and distributed by Transamerica Tire. The maker lists an all-terrain compound aimed at extended tread life, alternating stepped shoulder lugs for biting edges on rock, rugged 3D sidewall lugs, and mud and stone ejectors. Don't confuse it with the separate Terra Hunter X/T 2, which has its own product page.
Fitment breadth is its standout specification. Venom Power offers it for 15in to 28in wheels, up to 40in overall diameter, and the official chart lists 87 size rows in SL, XL and Load Ranges C, E and F. Some sizes appear twice, in black and raised-white-letter sidewalls or in two ply ratings. The maker's chart footer says the specs should be considered approximate, and Venom Power does not publish a tread-depth figure on the pages checked.
The warranty needs a careful read. The 50,000-mile treadwear warranty applies only to sizes 22in and smaller and 13.5in wide or less. The large-format sizes the range is known for fall outside it. All sizes get a 4-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty against defects and a 1-year VIP Road Hazard Protection Plan (12 months, or until 3/32in of tread remains). Venom Power's warranty terms also count recreational off-road use on unpaved terrain as normal use for its A/T, R/T and M/T tires.
The product page does not mention 3PMSF; it shows only a winter-performance rating bar. For a large-wheel build, compare it with the Nitto Ridge Grappler and Toyo Open Country R/T Trail, which also reach 24in wheels, though neither has a 3PMSF claim either.
